Product Information
Every Purr Havoc piece is individually handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations may occur between pieces.
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Product photographs are provided as accurately as possible, but minor differences in colour should be expected.
All measurements provided are approximate.
These variations are considered part of the character of handmade jewellery and are not regarded as faults.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund will be issued.
Payment must be received before an order can be dispatched.
Purr Havoc reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be provided.
Delivery
Delivery times, shipping information, and postage charges are detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the postal service. However, if any issues arise, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.
Returns, Repairs & Restoration

Jewellery Care
To help preserve your jewellery, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and other liquids.
As with all plated jewellery, natural wear may occur over time.
Purr Havoc cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.
